On the first floor:

• Three bedrooms, one of which has a double bed and en suite bathroom, the other two have each 2 single beds, which can be fitted to create a double bed; Each bedroom has a TV.

• Bed linen and towels.
• Consumption of electricity, water and gas; 50 € per week.
• Air conditioning: each room is air conditioned;
• Wi-fi is available throughout the villa free of charge
• Washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer.

• Periodic cleaning (on request) must be paid separately (€ 10 / hour)
• Bed linen and towels (€ 10 per head for each change over the weekly price already included in the price).

To be paid upon arrival: Final cleaning one time 150 €. Pool cleaning 100 € per week. Air conditioning 50 € per week. Damage deposit to protect against any damage € 400 to be refunded on departure if there is no damage at home.
