Villa Melisandre in Alghero is located a short distance from the city, on the northwest coast of Sardinia. The villa, for the exclusive use of our guests, has 4 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (one with shower and toilet).

The house is furnished with valuable furniture both inside and outside. As well as under the covered veranda and all around the pool. Completely fenced, it can be reached through an avenue bordered by the lawn. Parking spaces inside the property.

Villa Melisandre in Alghero is on one floor and has an entrance that leads into the large room, elegantly furnished with sofas, chaise longue, flat screen TV and DVD player. The open plan living area leads into a dining area with table and chairs and views of the pool and terrace. The kitchen is equipped with a 60 cm ventilated oven, a 5 burner gas hob, integrated fridge / freezer, sink with dish drainer, dishwasher, washing machine.

In the villa there are 4 double bedrooms, decorated in style and tastefully furnished. The bathrooms in the villa are 3, one with a bath and one with a shower and one with a toilet and a shower.

Two of the bedrooms have French doors leading to a covered terrace overlooking the pool and garden.

Sheets, towels and pool towels are included. The villa is equipped with air conditioning and WiFi.

Outside a veranda with chaise longue for relaxation and the large terrace around the pool leads to a fixed fabric gazebo with table, chairs, bench and gas barbecue, perfect for outdoor dining.

Freshwater swimming pool (12m x 5m which reaches a depth of 1.70m from 1.20m).

The landscape around the villa is very peaceful.
Location of the Villa
Villa Melisandre is located in the countryside, 8 km from the small town of Fertilia with some shops, bars, ice cream parlors and pizzerias. Nearby is the Nuraghe of Palmavera which is one of the largest in the area.

There are 2 beautiful beaches Le Bombarde (11 km) and Lazzaretto (12 km). On the way to the bay of Porto Conte and Capo Caccia as well as steps to the Grotta di Nettuno where there are guided tours of the caves with stupendous stalactites and stalactites.

The lively city of Alghero is about 12 km from the villa with a long sandy beach that stretches from Fertilia. The charming old town with fortified walls, ramparts and watchtowers has a Spanish / Catalan influence, an interesting history to discover and a range of shops, bars and restaurants.

Alghero airport is 5 minutes by car, but the villa is not on the flight path.

The indicated price refers to a maximum of 8 people. One-time final cleaning: 150.00 Euro. Pool 100 euros per week. Linen: included. Check-in 16h00pm Check-out 10:30. Deposit: 500.00 Euro to be paid upon arrival.

July and August arrivals accepted only on Saturday – Central air conditioning throughout the house, on request, € 150 per week.
